Frequently asked questions about Nature's Pulse:

Who owns and supports Nature's Pulse currently?

Nature's Pulse is now owned by Pulse Technologies. The program was acquired from Kasanjian Research with the intent of providing an immediate update (version 4.1) to address critical issues that the user community requested, such as year 2000 compatibility, and continue to provide support and enhancements to its loyal and long term owners.

Unlimited email support is available to owners purchasing the version 4.1 upgrade by writing to us here.. Telephone support is free for 90 days to new owners of the product, and unlimited email support after that.

What is contained in the new version 4.1 update?

You can view all the details of the fixes, patches, and enhancements in the new version by visiting the Version 4.1 Details link from the products page, or click on the link here.

Does Nature's Pulse handle year 2000 data properly?

Yes! The new version 4.1 is equipped to handle all the existing data formats (see list of formats below) and their associated year 2000 format. In fact, ASCII data that is still formatted with a two digit year will still display and calculate properly in the new version.

What data formats does Nature's Pulse support?

Nature's Pulse supports Metastock (up to V7), CSI/Computrac, TC2000/Worden (up to V3), ASCII, Future Source, Ensign, AIQ, Dow Jones, PRO data, Techtools

What about the CSI data error on S&P data?

CSI's data format on the S&P did not save the data properly for display and calculations due to a limitation with the data format. Version 4.1 has incorporated a patch that allows the data to be displayed correctly.

Will Nature's Pulse run in Windows XP or Windows 2000?

The current version of Nature's Pulse (4.1), operates in DOS, Windows 3.1, Windows 95, Windows 98, SE and ME, Windows 2000 and Windows XP environments.

How can I contact other Nature's Pulse users to share ideas and questions?
